All orders to UK address will be sent by second class standard mail unless another shipping option has been selected.

We aim to ship orders within 3 working days, please bear this in mind when placing your order. If you require your package more urgently, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the name and address supplied at checkout are accurate as this is what will be used upon dispatch. KelZo Jewellery does not take responsibility for undelivered items due to the wrong address being provided. Any undelivered items will be returned to KelZo and the buyer will be contacted and charged for any additional postage fees before re-shipping.

Please ensure your address is correct when purchasing, as return to sender orders will not be refunded.
