Here at KelZo Jewellery we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase when it arrives, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on any pierced items due to hygiene reasons. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase in order for us to process your return.


To start a return, you can contact us at kelzocardiff@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We are unable to accept any responsibility for returned items that are lost and/or damaged in the post.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to process. 


Faulty Items


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

If you return your item within 30 days, and we deem the item faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund the full price of the item.

If you contact us after the 30 day period, but within 6 months, we will endeavour to fix the item, or replace it. If this is not possible, we will credit you with the full price of the item.

If you contact us after 6 months regarding a faulty item, we will happily attempt to fix the item, and if this is not possible, we will offer a suitable replacement or offer you credit for the amount that the item is worth at the time of return (this will take into account seasonal sales and current value of the product).

We will also cover all postage costs for faulty items.



Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as pierced items (such as earrings, studs or hoops). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift wrap, custom orders or gift cards. Please see our shipping policy for return to sender orders.

We sometimes put free items in with your orders either from our Imperfection Collection, or simply as a little treat. These items are non-refundable and not eligible for return or replacement. In some circumstances we will offer a replacement part which will be added in with your next order, this is then up to you to repair if you so choose.
